Obituary
LaFran Farrar Murphy Buchanan of Sheridan, Arkansas was born September 12, 1932 in Hamburg, Arkansas the daughter of the late Leslie Farrar and Ruby Shields Crawford. She was of the Baptist faith.
Mrs. Buchanan died Friday, January 25, 2013 at Sheridan Healthcare and Rehab Center at the age of 80.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her husbands, James "Dick" Murphy and Eris "Bo" Buchanan.
Survivors, Daughter, Marsha Parker and husband Arthur of Tomahawk, Wisconsin; son, Steven Shields of Hamburg; Sister, Glenda Murphy of Hamburg; Grandchildren, James House, Shawn House, Drew Shields; Great grandchildren, Peyton House, Colton House, Brent Parker and Lala Parker.
Graveside services will be Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. at Dailey Cemetery in Hamburg. Visitation will be Monday from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
