Lana Pauline Steele Egerdahl of Sheridan, Arkansas was born July 17, 1950 in Benton, Arkansas the daughter of Norma May Bush Freitas and the late Carl Miller Steele. She was a LPTN for over 30 years. She enjoyed reading her bible, playing on the computer, listening to gospel and bluegrass music and spending time with her precious family. She had an amazing green thumb and she loved working in her flower gardens.
Mrs. Egerdahl died at her home on Monday, May 19, 2014 at the age of 63.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a sister, Toni Farson.
Survivors: husband, Rick Egerdahl of Sheridan; son, Dean and wife Wendy Egerdahl of Sheridan; mother, Norma May Bush Freitas of Selma, California; sisters, Phyllis Steele of Sheridan, Marla Page of Keizer, Oregon, Karen Nicholes of Las Vegas, Nevada; 4 grandchildren, Rachel, Rebecca, Corey, and Toni Egerdahl; 1 great grandson, Benjamin Carter Ingram; 1 step-grandchild, Abigail Peck and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
A funeral service will be 6:30 P.M. Friday, May 23, 2014 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be prior to the service from 5:00 until service time.
