Lavell Wilson Taylor

Lavell Wilson Taylor of Hensley, Arkansas was born January 10, 1937 in Pine Bluff, the daughter of the late John B. and Virgie Tally Wilson. She enjoyed fishing, yard work, cooking and playing basketball.

Ms Taylor died at her home on Saturday, October 31, 2026 at the age of 89.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Taylor, six brothers and one sister.

Survivors: daughters, Dianna Taylor (Greg Majors) and Teresa Mitchell (Scott) all of Hensley; 2 grandchildren, Summer Melott, Meagan Grace Jacuzzi; one great grandchild, Elizah Thomas Williams and another on the way.

Graveside service will be 2:00 PM Friday, November 6, 2026 at Hedden Chapel Cemetery in Grapevine.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pancreatic Cancer Research.
