Obituary
Levi Dean Ward, infant son of Amanda Renee Green and Amanda Jo Ward of Hensley, Arkansas was born and died September 24, 2011 at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock.
In addition to his mothers, he is survived by his grandparents, Gregory and Damita Ward, Marty and Lynn Green, Carla and Ernie Rodgers; Great grandparents, M.J. and Sandra Green, Jimmy and Linda Cotton, Ed and Aylene Rodgers; Aunts, Emily Davidson, Shelby Schweitzer and Laura Ward.
A private family memorial service will be held.
