Lillie Mae Self

Lillie Mae Bryant Self of Sheridan, Arkansas was born March 28, 1942 in Kingsland, the daughter of the late Boss and Nellie Earnest Bryant.

Lillie passed at the age of 84 on August 6th, 2026 at JRMC in Pine Bluff.

She loved spending time with friends and family, fishing, gardening and going to flea markets with her son.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Self, Jr.; daughter Mary Ann Baker; two brothers, James Bryant, Bobby Bryant; best friend, Dorothy Johnson.

Survivors: sons, Tommy (Marie) Self of Sheridan, Earl (Debbie) Liles of Leola; sister, Norma (Harry) Groemewoud of Blytheville; bonus son, Sans Johnson of Sheridan; 7 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 2 nieces; 6 nephews and a host of friends.

Funeral service will be Friday, August 14, 2026 at 2:00Pm at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with Bro. David Nelson officiating. Burial will follow at New Hope Cemetery near Sheridan. Visitation is Thursday from 6:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Thomas Self, John Baker, Sans Johnson, Chaz Vedder, Russell Dear and Daniel Dixon.
