Linda Ann Mortimer Allen of Sheridan, Arkansas was born September 24, 1947 in Boston, MA, the daughter of the late Chester Warren and Leona Regina Kelley Mortimer. She was retired from Sheridan Healthcare and Rehab Center as a CNA. She enjoyed cleaning house, going to gun shows, spending quality time caring for others, especially her family, grandchildren and friends.

Linda died Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at St. Vincent's Hospice in Little Rock at the age of 77.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Allen; son, Brian Keith Fleming; brother, Bruce Edward Mortimer; father of her children, Robert Leon Fleming.

Survivors: sons, Robert Leon Fleming, Jr. (Sissy) of East End, Kevin Warren Fleming (Jen) of Sheridan; daughter, Tresa Clark (Kevin) of Sheridan; half-brother, Steven Nicholson (Sarah) of NH; sister, Donna Mount (Tony) of Nebraska; 6 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren and a host of extended family members and friends.

Funeral services will be Monday, December 23, 2024 at 12:00 Noon at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with Bro. Shawn Hill officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 11:00 until service time. Burial will follow at Bethel South Cemetery near Sheridan.

Pallbearers are Roy Wayne Fleming, Derric Fleming, Robert Fleming, David Moring, Elvis Caple, and Chris Griffith. Honorary pallbearers are the CNA's from Sheridan Healthcare and Rehab that she worked with for so many years.
