Linda Jewell Mooney of Sheridan, Arkansas was born December 2,1950 in Sheridan, Arkansas the daughter of the late George Edward and Charlene Steele Mooney. She was a member of Sanders Methodist Church in Calvin, Louisiana and a member of Eastern Star in Louisiana. She enjoyed camping and sending time with her grandchildren.

Mrs. Mooney died Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at Baptist Heath Medical Center in Little Rock at the age of 63. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William E. Mooney; brothers, Charles Mooney and David Mooney; sister, Sharon Threlkeld and a daughter, Kimberly Ann Williams.

Survivors: Son, Jeff and wife Donna Mooney; step-son, Billy and wife Dawn Mooney all of Sheridan; step-daughter, Bunny Crockett of Tampa, Florida; brothers, Donald Ray and wife Karen Mooney of East End; Kenny Wayne Mooney of Sheridan; sister, Sarah Kay Crosswhite and husband Donnie of Sheridan; 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Graveside services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, January 3, 2014 at Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Bro. Kevin Stevicks officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
