Obituary
Linda Finley Sims of Poyen, Arkansas was born October 11, 1957 in Enid, Oklahoma, the daughter of the late James and Margaret Waltman Finley. She enjoyed watching Christian shows, reading and doing word searches. She had worked at McCoy Tygart Drug Store until her health failed.
Mrs. Sims died Sunday, August 28, 2016 at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock at the age of 58.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, James Lee Finley and an infant daughter, Trena Conklin.
Survivors: caregiver, best friend and husband of almost 16 years, Michael Sims, Sr. of Poyen; sons, Jerry Conklin, Jr. and wife Jamie of Social Hill, Michael Sims, Jr. of Atlanta, Georgia, John Sims of Conway; daughter, Michelle Frazier and husband Michael of Vilonia; brother, Dennis Finley and wife Shannon of Poyen; sister, Patricia Mason of Malvern and a host of friends.
At her request, there will be no services at this time.
