Loretta Davis Logan, of Sheridan, Arkansas was born March 14, 1939 in Sheridan, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Freddie and Bessie Bryant Davis. She was a member of Oak Grove Missionary Baptist but attended Little Creek Missionary Baptist Church. She was a member of the Sheridan Class of 1957 Golden Girls. Her hobbies were macramé, cooking, going to the lake and spending time with her family.
Ms. Logan died Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at the Arkansas Heart Hospital at the age of 79.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Franklin Logan, Sr., brother, Conrad Davis, sister, Connie Davis and an infant daughter.
Survivors: sons, Donald Franklin Logan, Jr. and wife Jody, James Michael Logan and wife Jodi all of Sheridan; brother, Raymond Davis and wife Sue of Sheridan; sister, Elouise Sander of Tullahoma, Tennessee; sister-in-law, Vonda Davis of Sheridan; grandchildren, Donald Franklin Logan III, (Holly), Mitch Logan, Brooke Logan, Jake Logan (Mary) and Alex; 1 great grandchild, Luke Logan and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral will be 11:00 A.M. Friday, October 5, 2018 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Gary Copeland officiating. Burial will follow at Lost Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be 10:00 until service time.
Pallbearers are Donnie Logan, Mitch Logan, Jake Logan, Terry Sanders, Chase Davis and Terry Hodges.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to Dr. Grace Raja from CARTI, the Arkansas Heart Hospital and staff and Dr. Gary Nash for the loving care they provided her.
