Loretta Stroup McCool Tucker of Sheridan, Arkansas was born August 13, 1937 in Sheridan, the daughter of the late John Wesley and Leora Bumgardner Stroup. She was a member of Hardin Missionary Baptist Church, had worked at Siemens and was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

Mrs. Tucker died Wednesday, February 28, 2007 at St. Vincents North in Sherwood at the age of 69.

Survivors: Husband, Robert Tucker of Sheridan;
Sons, Carl McCool of Little Rock; Allen McCool and Mark McCool both of Sheridan;
Brother, Virgil Ray Stroup of Salt Lake City, Utah;
Sister, Georgia Skodzenski of Sheridan;
6 grandchildren; Jacob, Rachel, Leah, Jade, Dennis and Luke

Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Sunday, March 4, 2007 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home in Sheridan with Bro. Mike Menton and Bro. Clyde Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Gum Springs Cemetery near Sheridan. Visitation: 6-8PM Saturday at the funeral home.
