Lynda Catherine (Vanlandingham) Hollinger of Prattsville, Arkansas went home to be with her Lord and Savior Saturday December 13, 2025.

A member of Sweet Home MBC in Prattsville, Lynda was preceded in death by her parents James Clayton and Masil (Moore) Vanlandingham, two sisters, Francis Chavis and Irma Jean Nix, and the love of her life William Russell Hollinger whom she married September 3, 1965.

Lynda was a graduate of Sheridan High School. She was employed by Rockwell and then after years of being a stay at home Momma, she worked at Prattsville Elementary School, before moving into the Sheridan School District where she worked until she retired. She was very talented and loved playing hymns on the piano, singing hymns, painting, and writing. But her passion was her family whom she loved deeply. She is survived by her 3 sons, Scott (Alissa), Neal (Kelly), Barry (Angel) Hollinger all of Prattsville.  Grandchildren, Michael (Kassidy) Hollinger, Kyle Mennenga, Tori Hollinger, Erin (Tadd) Daggett, Trent Hollinger, Joshua Hollinger and Brooke Hollinger. And two great grandchildren. Arlee Russell Daggett and Hattie Claire Hollinger. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends that she cherished.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 P.M., Saturday, December 20, 2025 at Sweet Home Missionary Baptist Church at Prattsville, with her son, Bro. Neal Hollinger officiating, assisted by Bro. Don Goodman.  Burial will follow in Philadelphia Cemetery.  Visitation is prior to the funeral, from 10:00-12:00. Pallbearers will be Mark Chavis, Doug Hollinger, Jason Holiman, PJ Mooney, Cory Hurst, and Chase Buie. Honorary Pallberers are Robert Earl Mooney, Randy Buie, Jeff Goodman, Kevin Dunn, Eric Gatlin, and the men of Sweet Home Missionary Baptist Church.
