Mack Ray Dixon of Sheridan, Arkansas was born February 4, 1949 in Lake Village, the son of the late Rayford and Gracie Hatcher Dixon. He was a member of the Full Gospel Campground Church and had retired from KP Carries. He loved being with his family and friends as well as fishing, camping, and hunting.

Mr. Dixon died at his home on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at the age of 76.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Sam Dixon and a sister, Gracie Dixon.

Survivors: wife of 35 years, Georgia Carter Dixon; daughter and son-in-law, Marie and Thomas Self; grandchildren, Eugene Buzbee and Joanna Jackson; brothers, Thomas Ray Dixon, Guy Lee Dixon; and a host of extended family members and friends.

Graveside service will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, May 29, 2025 at Union Cemetery (Rye, Arkansas) with Bro. David Nelson officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Thursday from 10:00-11:00 A.M.
