Obituary
Maddix Shane, Meyer Lee and McKayla Dawn Smith of Sheridan, Arkansas were born and went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock. They were the infant triplets of Eric and Chrystin Cobb Smith of Sheridan.
They are preceded in death by great grandparents, Betty Jo Smith, Cecil Lawrence Sullivant and Harold Cobb.
In addition to their parents, they are survived by their maternal grandparents, Johnny and Patty Cobb and paternal grandparents, Dewayne and Martha Smith all of Sheridan; great grandparents, Rosalie Sullivant, Mary Cobb, Rommie Smith and J. D. And Martina Via and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A private graveside service will be held.
