Margie Sue King Rice of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, May 14, 2020 at the age of 78. She was born July 16, 1941 in Poyen, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Jacob Henry King and Carrie Bell Pierce King.

Margie enjoyed being on Facebook, shopping, going to flea markets, cooking, gardening, and country music. Her passion was spending time with her family, especially for Christmas and the holidays. She also loved to go to Branson several times a year.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Mike Benson; sisters, Lucille McReynolds, Daisy King; brother, Charles King; 1 grandchild and 1 great grandchild and her partner of 33 years, Edward Dobbs.

Survivors: children, Pam (Jeffery) Blankenship of Little Rock, Mark "Tweety" Benson of Little Rock, Lisa Winchell of Sherwood, Terry (Cotney) Benson of Cabot; brother, Gene King of Little Rock; sisters, Glenda Lloyd of Little Rock, Carolyn (Ronnie) Ouzts of Poyen; 12 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.

Graveside service will be Monday, May 18, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. at Bethel South Cemetery in the Shiloh Community. Visitation will be Sunday from 1:00-5:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
