Marie Smith, 90, of Sheridan, AR, passed away on November 16, 2022.

She was born Monday, May 16, 1932 in Anco, KY to the late Herman and Callie Mullins. She was a caregiver and homemaker for many years. Marie was a member of Rose of Sharon Old Regular Baptist Church, Waynesburg, KY. A devout Christian, she enjoyed attending church, listening to Gospel Music and reading the Bible. Marie loved to quilt and has created many beautiful pieces of art with her quilting skills.

In addition to the parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Gordon Smith; sisters, Cora Amburgery, Geneva Mullins, Juanita McDaniel, and brother Herman Mullins, Jr.

She is survived by her daughter, Judy C. Green and her husband Sam Green of Sheridan, granddaughter, Kellie Cross (Jason) of Fort Worth, Texas and a grandson Eric S. Green (Serena) of North Little Rock; 4 great grandchildren, Jackson Cross, Vivi Green, Jordan Cross, Katie Cross; brothers and sisters, Geraldine Curry, Martha McFalls, James Mullins, Ray Mullins, Wanda Napier and Sue Beckner and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends

Funeral services will be held in London, Kentucky.
