Marion Kemp Miller of Little Rock was born April 1, 1934 in Prattsville, the daughter of the late Triebor H and Wilma York Kemp. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Little Rock, a graduate of Henderson State University, past president of St. Vincent Ladies Auxiliary, past president of Little Rock Home Builders Auxiliary and Cardinal Heights Garden Club and was employed at AP&L for 16 years.

Ms. Miller died at her home on December 12, 2025 at the age of 91.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Miller of 44 years, sisters, Jane Kemp Johnson and Aileen Kemp.

Marion dearly loved her many friend and extended family, who are so grateful for her caregivers, Barry Finney, D'Bora Nwozuzu and Christy Holeman, visiting Hospice nurses, and her devoted cat Holly

Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with Bro. Shawn Hill officiating. There will be no visitation and burial will be private.
