Mark Boyd Morris of Grapevine, Arkansas was born March 30, 1961 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, the son of Shirley Fielding Morris and the late Boydie Morris. He was an avid outdoorsman, being a member of Rudolph Hunting Club. He was always in good spirits, and willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He enjoyed woodworking, building and collecting cans so he could buy food for the needy. He was a loving and caring son, husband, father and grandfather.

Mark died at his home on Thursday, August 18, 2016 at the age of 55.

Survivors: wife and best friend of 28 years, Ann Watson Morris of Grapevine; son, Mark Boyd Morris, Jr. of Sheridan; daughters, Amanda Clark of Sheridan, Cassandra Duncan and husband David of Grapevine; mother, Shirley Morris of Hot Springs; sister, Sharon and husband Dr. Keith Cooper of Franklinton, Louisiana; grandmother, Marie Benton of Grapevine; mother-in-law, Mather Watson of Grapevine; grandchildren, Alison Clark, Gregory Clark, and Jace Snyder and a host of extended family members and friends.

Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at Bethany #1 Missionary Baptist Church in Grapevine with Bro. Roger Taylor officiating. Burial will follow at Davis Cemetery in Grapevine.

Visitation will be Monday from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
