Mark James Otto of Sheridan, Arkansas was born September 6, 1981 in Houston, Texas, the son of Emil Otto and Shelby Diane Webb Otto Anderson. He enjoyed watching movies and was employed in a restaurant.

Mark died, Thursday, October 24, 2013 at U.A.M.S. Medical Center in Little Rock, at the age of 32. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Fred and Gertie Webb, and Maria Vasquez.

Survivors include his Daughter, Abby Otto of Missouri; Partner, Jerry Shurte; Mother and Father, Shelby and Ronald Anderson of Sheridan; Father, Emil Otto of Houston, Texas; Sister, Shelly Sledge and husband Demond of Camden; Grandparents, Carol and Reubon Kessler of Missouri, Shirley Crank of Missouri, Carol Stepp of Donaldson, Talmadge Anderson of Sheridan; numerous Aunts, Uncles ,Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and friends.

Pallbearers will be Demondtae Sledge; Freddy Isbell; Bobby Robertson; John Isbell; Javeaz Sledge and Shawn Allman. Alternate pallbearer is Everett Webb.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, October 27, 2013 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel in Sheridan with Bro. Shane Matthews officiating. Burial will follow in Chapel Hill Cemetery, near Sparkman, Arkansas. Visitation will be Saturday, 5:00-7:00 P.M. at the funeral Home.
