Mark David Smith of Hensley, Arkansas was born July 7, 1961 at Forrest City, Arkansas, the son of the late Morris  Durell Smith and Maurceen Wade Smith. He was a member of Redfield United Pentecostal Church, had served in the United States Air Force, was a retired Air Force Reservist, and was a truck driver for Arkansas Electrical. Among the things Mark enjoyed the most were: camping, hunting, fishing, kayaking, dutch oven cooking, and playing with his grandkids.

Mr. Smith died Sunday, July 18, 2021 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock, at the age of 60. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Andy Smith.

Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Michelle Weathersby Smith of Hensley; son, Drew (Crystal) Smith of Sheridan; daughter, Misty and husband Michael Carmono of Little Rock; brothers, Myron Smith and wife Pam of Sheridan, and Dean Smith of Mabelvale; grandchildren, Skyler, Juliet, Chloe, Addison, Alyssa.
