Marla Louise Williams

Marla Louise Williams of East End, Arkansas was born August 16, 1971, in Little Rock, Arkansas the daughter of the late Jerry Mattison and Betty Baxley Fagan. Marla worked as a real estate agent, was a member of Lakeside Country Club and was a faithful member of East Union Missionary Baptist Church in East End. What drove Marla’s life was her love of the Lord, family, and friends, and always taking care of others before herself. She had a true servant’s heart, always making those around her shine brighter, especially when it came to her family. She was extremely proud of her kids and grandkids, and adored spending time with them. Her legacy of love lives on through them.

Marla went to be with her Lord on April 23, 2026, after a long hard-fought battle with cancer at the age of 54.

She is preceded in death by her father Jerry Mattison and her sister Terri Taylor.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 29 years, Ted Williams; her sons, Austin and his wife, Erin Williams, and Mckinley Williams and his fiancée, Claudia Benning. She is also survived by her grandchildren, River, Rylee, and Sadie Williams; her parents, Betty Baxley Fagan and Emmett Fain Fagan Jr.; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday April 29, 2026, at East Union Missionary Baptist Church in East End, AR, with Bro. Paul Roberts officiating. Interment will follow at Salem Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday April 28, 2026, also at East Union.

Pallbearers are Jaren Taylor, Justin Taylor, Grant Taylor, Dylan Long, Joel Petty and River Willliams.
