Obituary

Mary Ann Scott Baker of Sheridan, Arkansas was born October 12, 1962 in Douglas, Michigan the daughter of Lillie Bryant Self and the late John Scott. She was a member of Gospel Campground Church in Sheridan. She had served as a firefighter and EMT for over 5 years at Center Grove and enjoyed crafting, playing music, going to yard sales with her husband and spending time with her grandchildren.

Mrs. Baker died Tuesday, January 04, 2022 at her home at the age of 59.

In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her uncle Bobby Bryant.

Survivors; husband John Baker of Sheridan; sons Scott Burns of Sheridan, Robert Ivy Smith of Little Rock; daughter Melisa (Thomas) Turner of Alberta, Canada; brothers Thomas (Marie) Self of Sheridan, Earl (Debbie) Liles of Leola, Tony Liles of Sheridan; 3 grandchildren Riley Burns, TJ Turner, Harper Turner, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral service will be 3:00 P.M. Thursday, January 13, 2022 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with Bro. Bert Montgomery officiating. Burial will follow at Center Campground Cemetery near Prague. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Wednesday from 6:00-8:00 P.M.

Pallbearers are Roy Fleming, Mark Johnson, Pogo Hendrix, Ronnie Ferrier, Mike Stokes, and Sans Johnson.
