Obituary

Mary Lee Bird Winston of Sheridan, Arkansas was born March 10, 1919 in Sheridan, the daughter of the late Franklin Robert and Cattie Mae McCool Bird. She was an active member of Lost Creek Missionary Baptist Church in Sheridan where she taught Sunday School for many years. She was a talented seamstress and enjoyed quilting.

Mrs. Winston died Monday, February 7, 2011 at HSC Medical Center in Malvern at the age of 91. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Orbie Winston, daughter, Audrey Winston, brother, Felix Bird, a grandson Robert Scott Lemons, a great grandson, Taylor Dean Duley and a daughter-in-law, Connie Winston.

Survivors: Sons, Gerald Winston of Sheridan;
David and wife Yonnia Winston of Sheridan;
Daughters, Hywanna and husband Wallace Stuckey of Pine Bluff;
Suellen and husband Odis Waters of Sheridan;
Sister, Willie Mae Mashburn of Sheridan;
10 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren

Funeral services will be 3:00 P.M. Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Kenneth Click officiating. Burial will follow in Lost Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be prior to the service from 2:00 until 3:00 P.M. also at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Jason Winston, Wayne Stuckey, Bryan Rickett, Jonathan Hilman, Wade Hall, David Waters, Jessie Stinnett, Ricky Duley and Cody Waters.
