Mary Ashcraft Bradshaw

Mary Elizabeth Ashcraft Bradshaw of Sheridan, Arkansas was born June 10, 1937 in Grapevine, the daughter of the late Hermie V. and Jamie Mary Ross Ashcraft. She was a member and faithful servant of Pine Ridge Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Grapevine. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, and fishing. She could always be found doing a word search puzzle or reading her Bible.

Mary died at her home on Friday, July 10, 2026 at the age of 89.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Rick Bradshaw; brothers, Athel Ashcraft, J.O. Ashcraft; sister, Ernestine Hedden.

Survivors: husband of 71 years, best friend and caregiver, James A. Bradshaw of Sheridan; sons, James V. (Elizabeth) Bradshaw of Little Rock, Thomas A (Melissa) Bradshaw of Sheridan; special friend, Rev. Sam (Helen) Luginu of Moore, OK; sister, Esther Ramey of Hot Springs; grandchildren, Jennifer Bradshaw Mead, Whitney Bradshaw Abrams, Edwin Bradshaw, Fanny Bradshaw, Ashley Bradshaw, James W. Bradshaw, Mercy Luginu, Lynette Luginu, Josiah Luginu, Miriam Luginu; 5 Great grandchildren, and a host of extended family members, church family and friends.

Funeral service will be 10:00 AM Thursday, July 16, 2026 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with Bro. Britt McGarity and Bro. Don Ashcraft officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Ridge Cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday at the funeral home from 6:00-8:00 PM.

Pallbearers are, Jeff Hedden, Keith Clement, Robert Clement, Alan McElroy, JW Bradshaw and Brian Mead.
