Obituary

Mary Agness Nelson, 62 years young of Perryville, Arkansas passed away
Tuesday February 26th at home surrounded by her family.

Born in 1945 in San Diego to Bayless W. Price and Georgetta M. Price
grew up in Southern California. She married her husband Al Nelson in
1969 and over the next 24 years they raised 4 children and lived in
Southern California. In 1993 Mary and her family moved to Arkansas.
Mary was a chef and caterer most of her adult life and took pride in
making sure the events she catered were special. Eight years ago they
moved to Perryville. Mary and Al took over care taker duties at Camp
Ouachita. Later they opened Tender Lovin' Cooking where she was able
to share her talent of cooking with many people. Mary was also the
Head Chef at Camp Mitchell on Petit Jean, which was her dream job. She
was always honored to cook for the many wonderful people at Camp
Mitchell.

In her free time, Mary enjoyed going on cruises with her husband,
browsing flea markets, taking weekend trips and spending time with
her family. Mary is survived by her husband of 38 years, Albert
Nelson; Four Children and their spouses: Daughter, Michelle Nelson;
Daughter, Cynthia DeBow and husband Brad; Son, Bob Nelson and wife
Sonja and Son, Matthew Nelson and wife Andrea; 6 grandsons,
Trevor, Logan, Robby, Chance, Daniel and Braden. Mary is also
survived by her two sisters Lawanda and Etta and her brother Walker;
plus many cousins, aunts and uncles and many many friends.

Mary's Celebration of Life Service will be March 22, 2:00 pm at Camp
Mitchell on Petit Jean.
