July 16
, 2022, at the age 52. He was preceded in death by his mother Sandy Brown and his mother-in-law Helen Simpson. Michael had a very caring soul with a high intellect, viewing the world outside the norm. His love of family was second only to his love of God. His relationship with Jesus; like all his other relationships, was wrought with avid debate, as well as fierce love, laughter, and every other emotion imaginable. Mike was a true friend. A good man with good intent.
He excelled at sports, playing football, basketball, and his favorite - baseball. With a passion for the Razorbacks and a love of the underdog. His artistic talents were often expressed through writing, drawing, reading, painting, and music. His music was the foundation to the soundtrack of his life.
Although we are deeply saddened by this great loss, his desire would be for us to embrace the good, stand firm in our convictions, and treat each other with dignity and respect.
A Memorial service will be 4:30 PM on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home in Sheridan.
