Joe Michael Felts of Little Rock, Arkansas was born June 7, 1953 in Bend, Oregon, the son of Joyce Caple Felts and the late Joe Henry Felts. He was a graduate of UCA and had retired as a sales manager for AT&T.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, sailing, gardening and being a dad.

Mike died Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock at the age of 67.

He was preceded in death by his father, Joe Henry Felts.

Survivors: wife, Jennifer Wilson Felts; son, Joe Alton Felts both of Little Rock; mother, Joyce Felts of Sheridan and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and many, many friends.

Due to Covid 19, a service will be held at a later date.
