Michael (Mike) Ray Rieve, 61,of Sheridan, Arkansas, passed away on February 19, 2018. He was born on January 6, 1957 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to Ray and Helen Rieve. Mike was a longtime resident of Sheridan, Arkansas.

Mike graduated from Dumas, Arkansas in 1975, he then later pursued playing football at the University of Arkansas at Monticello. He had a passion for coaching baseball, softball and football for many years for his children. Mike worked for Brown Ford Motor Company and later retired from Teeter Motors in Sheridan. He attended First Lutheran Church in Hot Springs.

Mike married Kim in 1991 and was happily married for 26 years. They both enjoyed traveling together and spent most of their spare time in Hot Springs. Mike enjoyed spending time outdoors, fishing and hunting with his son, Brandon. Mike was a proud grandfather of 4.

Mike is survived by his wife, Kim (Richter) Rieve of Sheridan; his children, Candy Phillips (Wade) of Greenwood, Ashley Delk of Grapevine, Lauren (Morgan) McDonald of Alexander and Brandon Rieve of Hot Springs; his grandchildren, Jaxson, Kristopher, Kinsley and Kade. He is also survived by his siblings, Glen Rieve, Debbie Morris, Connie Dobson and Robert Rieve.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Helen Rieve and his brother, Ronnie Rieve.

Funeral service will be held at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 2686 Hwy. 167 North, in Sheridan, Arkansas on Sunday, February, 25th at 2:00pm with Pastor Jonathan Beyer and Bro. Terry Williams officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service from 1:00-2:00 pm. Burial service will be held following at Gillett Cemetery at approximately 4:30pm. with Bro. Chad Phillips officiating.

Pallbearers are Clay Richter, Dalton Rieve, Jeff Gore, Ladd Puryear, David Myers, Jason Dobson. Honorary pallbearers are Glenn Willis, Keith Deweese, Greg Aureli, Ralph Smith and Brooks Rieve.
