Michael Lloyd "Mike" Wilson of Sheridan, Arkansas was born August 22, 1957 in Sheridan, the son of J. L. Wilson and the late Wanda Hunter Wilson. He had worked for over 33 years as a conductor for Union Pacific Railroad and he loved to hunt, fish and spend time with his grandchildren.

Mike died Tuesday, November 15, 2011 at his home at the age of 54.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Kristy Wilson.

Father and step-mother, J. L. and Mary Beth Glover-Wilson all of Sheridan;
Brother, Rodney and wife Tina Wilson of Prattsville;
Father-in-law and mother-in-law, Joe and Nancy Betz of Sheridan;
Brother-in-law and sister-in-law, David and Tammy New of Sheridan;
Nieces and nephews, Shawn Wilson, Brandi Johnson, Sarah New and Shefner Harris;
5 Grandchildren, Jozlynn and Jordan Kelley, Tyler and Christina Whitaker and Chasity Yates.

A time of visitation will be from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel. A private family burial will be held at a later date.
