Myrtle Ann Wade Clark of Sheridan was born March 11, 1913 in Traskwood, Arkansas the daughter of the late John and Sarah Bagby Wade. She was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church, and was retired as a robe and dress designer from Ottenheimer Company, Kellwood Division.

Mrs. Clark died Wednesday, June 2, 2004 at Sheridan Nursing and Rehabilitation Center at the age of 91.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Lendsy Clark, whom she married March 13, 1934 and who preceded her in death on May 28,1981. She was also preceded in death by an infant son Lendsy Dale Clark, Brothers; William (Bill) Wade, Ben Wade: Sisters; Ethel Lockhart, Lula Mae Sawyer

Survivors: Sons; Norman D. Clark and wife Pat of Sheridan
Daughter; Glenna Jean Sanders of Tacoma, Washington

4 Grandchildren; 8 Great Grandchildren,1 great great grandchild

Funeral Services will be at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, June 5, 2004 at Bethel United Methodist Church near Sheridan with Bro. David Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Bethel North Cemetery near Ico. Visitation: 6-8 Pm Friday at the funeral home.
