Myrtle "Dee" Chandler Richardson of Redfield, Arkansas was born May 11, 1924 near Hensley, the daughter of the late James Carl and Ruby Iola Harris Chandler. She was a lifelong member of Orion Missionary Baptist Church. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother and friend who loved her family as well as her church family.

Ms. Richardson died Monday, March 28, 2011 at her home at the age of 86.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Shelby Richardson and a granddaughter, Susan Lawhon.

Neal and wife Terri Richardson of Redfield;
Daughter, Linda Lawhon of Redfield;
Sister, Myrle Ridge of Redfield;
6 Grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, March 31, 2011 at Orion Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. John Mooney and Bro. Jerry Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Orion Cemetery. Visitation: 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Lucas Adams, R. J. Spann, Jason Stockton, Justin Stockton, Jessie Burlison and Brian Cansler. Honorary pallbearers are Jerry Spann, Conrad Speir and Tommy Stockton. Memorials may be made to Orion Missionary Baptist Church, 3826 Stagecoach Road, Redfield, Arkansas 72132.
