Nancy Lee Sprankle Wade of Hensley, Arkansas was born August 5, 1947 in Little Rock, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Walter and Blanche Hatchell Sprankle. She was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church and Order of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family.

Mrs. Wade died Monday, December 21, 2020 at Sheridan Healthcare and Rehab Center at the age of 73.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Pinky Harrington and a brother, Richard Sprankle.

Survivors: husband of 54 years, Billy Wade of Hensley; son, Richard Wade of Hensley; sister, Katie Whitmire of Sheridan; 2 granddaughters, Allie Wade and Annika Wade and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery in the Ico Community. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until service time at the funeral home.
