Nicholas Ashton Ard of Leola, Arkansas was born December 15, 1991 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas the son of Tim and Brenda Cissell Yarbrough. He enjoyed playing the guitar, collecting knives, sewing, building things and listening to music of all kinds.

Nicholas died on Sunday, February 16, 2014 at his home at the age of 22.

He was preceded in death by grandmother, Freda Yarbrough, great grandparents, Sherman and Edith Hope and Everette "Bill" Highsmith.

Survivors, parents, Tim Yarbrough of Leola and Brenda Yarbrough of Sheridan;
sisters, Paige and Madison Yarbrough of Leola; grandparents, Kay Cissell of Sheridan, Arlie and Diana Yarbrough of Seagoville, Texas, Linda and Larry Ard of Pine Bluff and great grandmother, Zelma Highsmith of Sheridan as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, February 22, 2014 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Wallace officiating. Burial will follow at Philadelphia Cemetery in Prattsville. Visitation will be 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. on Friday evening.

Pallbearers will be Aaron Hamilton, Andrew Hamilton, Dustin Ross, Robert Bynum, Chad Ard, and Sam Curbow. Honorary pallbearers are Joseph Dwyer and John Hankins.
