Obituary

Nila Jo Crumpler Clinton of Sheridan, Arkansas, formerly of Lake Village, Arkansas was born April 29, 1941 at Dermott, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Alvis Overton Crumpler and Lillian Parrish Crumpler.  She was a member of First Baptist Church in Lake Village, and she recieved her Master's degree in Education from Delta State University.  She was a teacher and librarian for Lakeside School District in Lake Village, Arkansas for 45 years.
Mrs. Clinton died Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at Sheridan Healthcare and Rehabilitation at the age of 80.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Clinton; sister, JoAnn McKinney and husband Herb; sister, Nell Hulfachor and husband Homer; brother, James Henry Crumpler.
Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, David and wife Charlotte Clinton of Sheridan, Arkansas, and Michael and wife Andi Clinton of Fayetteville, Arkansas; brothers, Wayne (Martha) Crumpler and Jerry Crumpler, both of McGehee; sister, Linda Crumpler of McGehee; grandchildren, Chris and wife Abbi Clinton of Camden, Laura Huffman of Benton, Haley Clinton of Monroe, Louisiana; great grandchildren, Mackenzee Raines, Elijah Huffman, and Addi Clinton.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, August 14, 2021 at McGehee Cemetery, McGehee, Arkansas.  There will be no visitation.
