Norine Lindsey of Sheridan, Arkansas was born August 5, 1938 at Hardy, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Millard and Lora Cooper Beck.  She was a member of Sheridan Pentecostal Church of God.  She had a true, "Servant's heart". As a Pastor's wife for most of her life, she didn't just believe God's word, she lived it. Her sons described her passion for serving God so well: "Mom lived and breathed the ministry of the Church. It was her passion. When Dad felt The LORD telling him it was time to retire the Pastorate, it was harder for Mom than it was for Dad".

Sister Lindsey's Homegoing was Sunday, May 16, 2021 at Hospice Homecare in Little Rock, at the age of 82.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Dorothy Beck, Dolly Clark, and Hazel Davis.

Survivors include her husband and truly her best friend, Bro. Odell Lindsey of Sheridan. They married July 25, 1956.  She is also survived by her sons, Gary Lindsey of Ozark, Missouri and Donald Lindsey of Sheridan; daughter-in-love, Cindy Whaley; brother, Harold Beck of Sulphur Rock; sisters, Ollie Trivett of Ash Flat, Gladys Davis of Jonesboro, Nellie Easter of Batesville, Linda Daniel of Batesville.  She is also survived by her Church family and many friends.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, May 20, 2021 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel in Sheridan with Bro. Jackie Jones and Bro. Tom Bradford officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00-10:00 prior to the service. Burial will be at 4:00 P.M. at Highland Cemetery in Ash Flat (Sharp County).
