Norma Williams of Prattsville, Arkansas was born April 14, 1938 in rural Hot Spring County to the late William Harvey and Brunette Coker Williams. She died Friday, April 3, 2020, at Sheridan Nursing and Rehab, at the age of 81. She was a member of Harmony Missionary Baptist Church, and had worked as custodian there for 27 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Williams, a daughter, Regenia Rood, and a granddaughter, Christen Francis.

She is survived by her sister, Sybil Baker; two daughters, Debbie (Jody) Harper, Lisa (Jerry) Hope; 6 grandchildren, Courtney, Chase, Basil Joseph, Emily, Bodie and Parker; two great grandchildren, Basil Raphael and Destiny.

Due to Covid 19/Coronavirus, there will be no visitation.

Graveside services will be 2:00 P.M., Monday, April 6, 2020, at Philadelphia Cemetery in Prattsville. Anyone is welcome to attend, so long as we practice social distancing.
