Pamela Kay Lowery Pratt Smith of Hot Springs, Arkansas was born February 23, 1961 in Little Rock the daughter of the late Rex and Peggy Moore Lowery. She had retired from Kohler and enjoyed spending time reading, going to flea markets and playing with her grandchildren.

Pam died on Friday December 31, 2021 at her home in Hot Springs at the age of 60.

In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her first husband Ricky Pratt.

Survivors: daughters Lacy (Joey) Williams of El Dorado, Lindsey Pratt of Hot Springs; brother Jody (CG) Lowery of Bryant; sister Kelly Lowery of Sheridan; 6 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, January 7, 2022 at Philadelphia Cemetery in Prattsville at 2:00 P.M.
