On Sunday, December 18, 2022 Patricia Mare Irby (St. Peter) loving Mother, Memaw, Aunt and friend passed away at the age of 84. She was born March 17, 1938 in Montpelier Vermont to Floyd and Hazel (Wood) St Peter. In the course of her life she married two amazing men.  Thomas Jones and Pat were married for several years.  They brough into this world 3 girls. Robin, Tina, and Toni. Then cancer stole Tom from her.  Years later she found H.L. Irby and they were married.  Nearly 30 years later Parkinson's stole H.L. from her.  Being the matriarch of her family, she carried on. She gave her "girls" an exemplary role model.  She was determined strong willed and full of life.  She enjoyed sewing, puzzles, and absolutely anything to do with the outside. Throughout her life she loved gardening and took great joy in teaching her grandchildren the natural world they lived in.  She could be found outside most days enjoying the sunshine, animals, and nature around her. She lived life simple and honest  She was one of the most nurturing souls and would help anyone if they learned to help themselves as well.  Family was everything to her and she was everything to her family.

She is preceded in death by her parents, 4 brothers; Amos, Roland, Chuck and William, husbands Thomas Jones and H.L Irby, twin daughters; Tina Lea and Toni Lynn, and 4 step children.

Those left to cherish her memory and life lessons are; her daughter, Robin Lutz (Mike),  sister Millie Therrien of Vermont granddaughters Toni Lutz (Paul), Amanda King (Roger), Patricia Rhodes (Michael) and 16 more grandchildren.  Great grandchildren include Justin (Sarah), Logan (Dustie), Flora (Shayna), Colbye, Liam and a host more.  Too many to count are the friends, adoptive children, grandchildren nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Wednesday December 21 ^st at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Sheridan, AR  6:00 – 8:00pm.  Graveside services will be Thursday at Pinecrest Memorial Park Alexander, AR 11:00am. Brother Elliot Nichols is honored to officiate.  Pallbearers are Paul Fox, Michael Rhodes, Randy Irby, Justin Harris, Logan Harris, and Colbye Rhodes.  Honorary Pallbearers are Michael Lutz, Roger King, and H.L. Rivera.

The family would like to thank her techs at Davita Midtown, Yolanda and Beshini, for the care, compassion and support given to our "Memaw".
