Patricia “Pat” Eloise Watkins Rogers was born August 2nd, 1942 in DeWitt, Arkansas, to the late Earnest and Pauline Thigpen Watkins. She passed away January 29th, 2026 at Saline Memorial Hospital.

Besides her parents, she was proceeded in death by her sister, Donna Bennett, brother Mickey Watkins, daughters Kay Fulmer and Cindy Oswalt, a very special nephew Harlan Bennett, and a host of other extended family members and friends.

She is survived by her daughter, Misty Nooner of Hot Springs, grandchildren Cody Worthen (Seema) of League City, Texas, Shandy Stroud (Blake) of Hensley, Erynn Nooner of Sheridan, Blayke Nooner of Sheridan, and two great grandchildren Cai Worthen and Kayden Bednar.

Pat was a beautician for over 40 years. She loved her job, her clients, and meeting new people. She had a work ethic like no other. Missing work was not an option to her. From 7:00am, 6 days per week, she could be found at her beauty shop in town. These long hours didn’t stop her from spending time with her family and friends. She was the life of the party and never minded speaking her mind.

Pat was one of a kind and respected for her sometimes brutal honesty. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, friend, and beautician. Her sparkle and spunk will be missed by many.

In lieu of a funeral, Pat requested that a memorial service be held in her memory filled with her favorite photos, music, and people. Pat’s memorial service will be held at Memorial Garden’s Funeral Home in Sheridan, Arkansas, on Thursday, February 5th, at 10am. Pat loved to have a good time, and a good time we shall have.
