Patricia New Slaughter of Pine Bluff, Arkansas was born May 23, 1949 in Pine Bluff, the daughter of the late Gus and Jessie Webb New. She was a member of Salem Missionary Baptist Church and a retired Licensed Practical Nurse. She enjoyed planting flowers, working outside and spending time with her 2 precious grandchildren.

Mrs. Slaughter died peacefully at her home on December 8, 2022 at the age of 73.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors: husband and caregiver, Bobby Slaughter; sons, Eric Terry and Nicholas Slaughter all of Pine Bluff; daughter and son-in-law, Nicole and Colton Howard of Hensley; sister, Marilyn (Fred) Shepherd of Germantown, Tennessee; grandchildren, Jacob Howard and Brooklyn Howard and a host of extended family members and friends.

Graveside service will be 10:00 AM on December 12, 2022 at Clement Cemetery in Grapevine, Arkansas with Bro. Howard Loetscher officiating.

Pallbearers are Colton Howard, Bobby Slaughter, Nicholas Slaughter, Eric Terry, Dewayne Ray, Chad Myers.
