Patrick Neil Massey, AKA Dirty Red, of the Lazy Bend Community, near Grapevine, Arkansas, was born March 29, 1973 at Pine Bluff, the son of Margaret Ann Poe Massey Hurst and the late Harvey Ray Massey. He was proud to be a truck driver, and when he wasn't working, he liked fishing, hunting, Mopar, and made the best BBQ around. Above all else, Patrick was a family man through and through. He cherished his wife and kids, and had a huge heart to help anyone who needed him.

Patrick died Thursday, March 28, 2019, one day before his 46 ^th birthday.

He is survived by his wife and best friend, Ann Funderburg Massey; son, Lucas Massey; daughter, Destiny Massey; all of the Lazy Bend Community, near Grapevine; mother, Margaret Poe Hurst of Sheridan. He is also survived by numerous other extended family members, and countless numbers of friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.m. Saturday, April 6, 2019 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel in Sheridan with Bro. Steve R. Cook officiating. As a final tribute, Patrick will be taken to Corinth Cemetery on the back of his truck. Visitation is Friday, 5:00-8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
