Obituary

Patricia Ann "Patty" Stevens Huneycutt of Grapevine, Arkansas was born September 1, 1938 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas the daughter of the late Robert M. and Mary Natalie Davis Stevens. She was a faithful and devoted member of Bethany #1 Missionary Baptist Church at Grapevine. Among her many church activities, she served as founder and President of the Circle of Friends, the Ladies Auxiliary, and was founder of the card ministry. Patty truly had a servant's heart, and dedicated her life to serving God with the talents He blessed her with. She prepared countless numbers of meals for people, sometimes due to illness or a death, sometimes just to show she cared, but in each situation it was because she genuinely loved them. She lived her life knowing that her three greatest treasures, didn't involve things at all, but were her faith, her family, and her friends. While we are sad that we won't get to see her sweet smile again, this side of Heaven, we rejoice that Patty is where she longed to be, at home with her Jesus.
