Paul Thomas Griffith, 85, of Sheridan, Arkansas was born in Paducah, Kentucky on October 16, 1937 to the late Earl and Cleo Griffith. He peacefully departed on October 10, 2023 and reached his heavenly home surrounded by loved ones. He married his wife, Patsy Gage Griffith on September 20, 1955. He retired from Arkansas Highway Department as Area Foreman at Destrict 2 after 42 years. He was a member of Little Creek Missionary Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Griffith.
Mr. Griffith is survived by his wife of 68 years, Pat Griffith; sons, Mike (Kristy) Griffith, Keith Griffith; grandchildren, Tiffany (Cody) Easley, Haley (Josh) Maxwell, Hunter (Jamie) Griffith, Elyse (Justin) Koon, Callie Griffith (Fiance' Clint Graves); great grandchildren, Yancy Easley, Drake Easley, Emerie Maxwell, Beckett Maxwell, Hayes Koon, Noah Koon; brother, James Griffith, all of Sheridan. He also leaves behind a large number of extended family and friends who will miss him dearly.
Our hearts are broken because you are gone but we have peace knowing you are in Heaven whole, where alzheimer's no longer has a hold on you and you are pain free.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, October 13, 2023 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel in Sheridan officiated by Bro. Brent Williams, assisted by Bill Fiser. Burial will follow in Philadelphia Cemetery in Prattsville. Visitation is Friday, 10:00-11:00 A.M.
