Peggy L. Holland Webb of Grapevine, Arkansas was born April 21, 1949 in Wabbaseka, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Garland Carl and Lena Evans Holland. She was a member of Grapevine Church of God in Christ, a member of the Pine Bluff Police Department Auxiliary and a former Eastern Star. She will be truly missed by her family whom she loved dearly.

Mrs. Webb died Saturday, October 26, 2013 at her home at the age of 64 .

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, T.J. Webb, a daughter, Tammy Lynn, and brothers, Don Holland and William Holland.

Survivors: Sons, Gary Webb of Sherwood; Michael Webb of Ohio; Thomas Webb of Pennsylvania; Timothy Webb of Mississippi; Christopher Webb of Grapevine;
Daughters, Vicki and husband Mark Langley of Kingsland; Christie Webb and Caitlin Webb; Deborah Williams all of Grapevine;
Brothers, Carl Holland of New Jersey; John Holland of Hermitage; Ricky Holland and Judge Berlin Jones, all of Pine Bluff; Sisters, Evelyn Stubblefield of Hampton; 14 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and dearly loved friends.

Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Saturday, November 2, 2013 at Grapevine Church of God in Christ with Elder Lawrence Hobbs and her brother Judge Berlin Jones and retired Jefferson County Sheriff Boe Fontaine officiating. Burial will be on Monday at 10:00 A.M. at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
Visitation will be Saturday, 9:00 until 11:00 A.M. at the church prior to the service.

The family has requested no flowers be purchased. Any monetary contributions may be made to the family.
