Philip Scott Weaver of Sheridan, Arkansas was born November 15, 1976 in Titus County, Texas, the son of Bonnie Stricklin Weaver and the late Billy Rex Weaver. He was a police officer, and he enjoyed fishing, hunting, traveling, going out to eat and going to the movies with Missy.

Philip died Saturday, October 26, 2019 at Arkansas Hospice in Little Rock at the age of 42.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Survivors: fiancé, Missy Vance of Sheridan; sons, Alex Weaver of Hawaii, Connor Weaver of Warren; daughter, Haley Weaver of Warren; mother, Bonnie Weaver of Little Rock; step-mother, Harriet Simpkins of Warren; 3 sisters and a host of friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 P.M. Monday, October 28, 2019 at the funeral home with a time of visitation from 6:00 until service time.
