Phyllis Eileen Davis Moore of Tull, Arkansas was born August 23, 1935 in Kensley, Kansas, the daughter of the late Lee and Eileen Lucas Davis. She was of the Methodist faith and enjoyed sewing and spending time with her family.

Ms. Moore died at her home on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at the age of 83.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Thomas "J.T." Moore; son, Craig Allen Moore; infant son, Randy Moore and her brother, Bob Davis.

Survivors: daughter, Twyla Moore of Tull; 5 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren and a host of friends.

Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Monday, July 22, 2019 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be Saturday from 2:00-4:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
