J. Ralph Huneycutt, Jr. of Grapevine, Arkansas was born April 7, 1939 in Pine Bluff, the son of the late J. Ralph Huneycutt, Sr. and Mae McCarley Huneycutt. He was a member of Bethany #1 Missionary Baptist Church in Grapevine where he served as Deacon, Adult Sunday School teacher and President of the Men’s Association.
Mr. Huneycutt died at his home in Grapevine on Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at the age of 87.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Stevens Huneycutt.
Survivors: son, Ralph Martin Huneycutt, III of Grapevine; daughter, Latricia Renee Searvogel of Little Rock; sister, Judith Simpson of Tulsa, OK; 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren and a host of extended family members, church family and friends.
The family has asked that flowers not be sent to the church. Please make memorials to Bethany #1 MBC or your favorite charity in his name.
A Celebration of Life Service will be 11:00 AM Saturday, August 22, 2026 at Bethany #1 Missionary Baptist Church in Grapevine.
