Raymond J. Crouse of Sheridan, Arkansas was born May 19, 1942 in Sheridan, the son of the late Raymond Guy and Opal Puckett Crouse. He was a member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in Sheridan, retired from the Army National Guard and President of Crouse Hunting Club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and going to church.

Raymond died Monday, August 14, 2023 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock at the age of 81.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Baxley "Mott" Crouse on August 4, 2023 and a son, Johnny Crouse.

Survivors: son, Andrew Crouse of Frisco, Texas; brother, Roy W. "Buddy" Crouse of Sheridan, extended family members, church family and friends.

Funeral Service will be 10:00 A.M. Friday, August 18, 2023 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Hill officiating. Burial following at Bethel South Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home on Thursday.

Pallbearers are Eric Petty, Josh Allen, Cody Allen, Rich Graham, Wayne Harris, Steve Veazey, Joey Johnson, and Wayne McElroy.
