Raymond Odell Jackson, 85, of Pine Bluff, Arkansas passed from this life to be with his Lord on February 15, 2017.
He was a Veteran of the United States Army and served in the Korean War. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, growing a garden, music and fellowship. Most of all, he loved going to church, and spending time with his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lonnie Albert and Bessie Walters Jackson, sisters, Odessa Quick and Lois Chamberlain; wife, Betsy Skinner Jackson and an infant daughter, Sarah Jackson.
Survivors; sons, Alton Jackson (Alisa) and Lonnie Jackson; daughters, Theresa Jager all of White Hall, Vickey McCall (Tom) of Jefferson; brothers, Cleo Jackson and William Ray Jackson both of Sheridan; Jimmy Jackson of Mt. Ida, and sister, Sue Brixie of Monticello and 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, that he had a great love and devotion for.
Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Monday, February 20, 2017 at White Hall United Pentecostal Church in White Hall with Rev. Duray Aldridge officiating. Burial will follow at Jackson Cemetery in Sheridan. Visitation will be Sunday from 2-4 PM at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Andrew Jackson, Austin Jackson, Aaron Jackson, Joshua McCall, Jonathan Bentley, Michael Walker and Zach Hill. Honorary pallbearer is Derrick Lasley.
