Raymond Wayne "Stranger" Potts of Hensley, Arkansas (Ico Community) was born October 24, 1951 at Little Rock, Arkansas, the son of the late Jake Lilburn  and Hattie Ragsdale Potts. He retired from Estes Express after 15 years of service. He enjoyed fishing, and hunting, having been the President of the Koen Trail Hunting Club.

Raymond went to be with our Lord and Savior on Wednesday, May 9 ^th , 2018 at UAMS Medical Center in Little Rock at the age of 66.

Survivors: wife and best friend, Sherry Gottfried Potts of the home; son, Eric (Rachel) Potts of Butlerville; daughters, Teresa (Steve) Garrett of Lonoke, Kristi (Jeremy) Heavner of Ico Community, Misti (Chance) Ketzscher of East End; 2 brothers, 3 sisters and several grandchildren and great grandchildren and numerous other family members and friends.

Graveside service will be 10:00 A.M. Monday, May 14, 2018 at Sumner Cemetery near Cabot with James W. Gottfried, Jr. officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Sunday from 4:00 –6:00 P.M.
