Ramond Ester Toney of Prattsville, Arkansas was born July 7, 1923 at Brookland, Texas the son of the late Charles and Gertrude Robbins Toney. He was a World War II Army Veteran, and had retired from Temple Industries where he was an auxiliary policeman. He was also a Baptist.

Mr. Toney died Friday, May 28, 2004 at National Park Medical Center in Hot Springs at the age of 80.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 1, 2004 at 2:00 PM at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel in Sheridan with Rev. Jon Cox officiating. Visitation:5:30 to 8:00 PM Monday at the Funeral Home.
